UI / UX BANKING
Leveraged enterprise visual digitals to design scalable, human‑centered digital products for financial services. Improved the shopping‑cart UX user flow for selecting financial products by identifying and reducing key friction points. Each page was shaped by user intent, informed by SEO insights, accessibility testing, research, utilized token-assets, user survey results, and built in alignment with WCAG standards.

At Siemens, I combined my digital design expertise with engineering‑driven workflows to produce clear, accurate, and visually structured technical communication materials, including product dashboards, control‑point touch screens, and mechanical engineering‑aligned custom illustrations.
UXD EDUCATION
